Job summary

Devereux Texas is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in League City, TX, to provide high-quality ABA services within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, professional growth, and autonomy in delivering evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with BCBA certification required.
• At least two (2) years of ABA/IDD experience, including behavioral assessments and developing/evaluating programs.
• Ability to attend full-time orientation Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (2 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and implement function-based interventions.
• Supervise and train staff in behavioral principles and procedures.
• Collaborate with caregivers during assessment and discharge planning to set goals.
