Job summary
Devereux New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative clinical team serving adults with autism and developmental disabilities. The role offers a hybrid work schedule designed to balance cross-department collaboration and high-quality care.
You will conduct assessments, provide behavioral consultations, and mentor junior staff while advancing ISP goals. The position starts at $85,000 with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits after 30
Qualifications
- BCBA certification and NJ licensure required.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience with adults with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, individualized behavioral support to adults across assigned programs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, behavioral consultations, monitoring and training.
- Support skill acquisition and pro-social behavior through PBIS.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop ISP goals and outcomes.
- Mentor and supervise Master/Bachelor level staff and RBTs.
- Provide limited after-hours phone support as part of on-call structure.
