Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in related field with BCBA certification.
• Minimum two years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support services to individuals under our care.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop BSPs.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and train staff.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver appropriate care.
