Devereux New Jersey seeks a BCBA-qualified clinician to deliver personalized behavioral support within a collaborative team. The role includes assessments, consultations and PBIS-based interventions across programs, with supervision of junior staff and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• NJ licensure as a behavior analyst.
• One year experience working with IDD population.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, individualized behavioral support to individuals across assigned programs and services.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, behavioral consultations, monitoring and training to address complex and challenging behaviors.
• Support skill acquisition and pro-social behavior through PBIS and positive behavior supports (PBIS).
• Integrate within an interdisciplinary team to develop and support meaningful individual support plan goals and outcomes.
• Mentor and supervise master and bachelor level behavior specialists and RBTs, ensuring high-quality interventions and clinical consistency.
• Provide limited after-hours support through phone consultation as part of a shared on-call structure.
