Job summary
Big Dreamers ABA in Columbia, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team delivering high-quality ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct clinical services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $125,000 per year, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for professional development and growth in a supportive
Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam.
- Maryland license as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain one.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
- Provide direct clinical services, including coaching, training, and support for parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify strengths and needs.
- Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to address target behaviors.
- Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
