Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) contractor to deliver behavioral health services, assessments, and treatment planning for individuals with ASD. You will develop and monitor ABA interventions and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to enhance outcomes.

You will supervise RBTs, document progress in SpringHealth's EHR, and stay current with ethical guidelines and best practices while coordinating with clinicians

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA certified and in good standing.
• Experience implementing ABA programming.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach with families.

Responsibilities
