Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Covington, GA is seekingBoard Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team for center, home, and school-based services across Georgia and other states. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses and competitive hourly/yearly pay.

Travel up to 25% is expected. BCBA certification, ASD experience, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certificate required.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to each individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
• Provide care and guidance during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries.
