Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional BCBAs to join our team across center, home, and school-based services in Georgia and other states. We offer full-time or part-time roles with sign-on and relocation bonuses, competitive pay up to $95,000 yearly depending on state, and substantial back-office support to minimize administrative work.

BCBAs deliver tailored ABA plans in homes, schools, and state-of-the-art centers, with a focus on reducing burnout and promoting professional growth,

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active
• Experience with ASD and developmental disabilities
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments
• Design treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data, adjust strategies to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
