Qualifications

• PA DOE Certification requirements referenced for PA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EA-IV paraprofessionals and RBTs in duties.
• Train staff in behavior management and data collection.
• Provide professional development to staff during the year.
• Monitor certification status of EA-IV paraprofessionals.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure service continuity per IEP.
• Develop and implement functional behavior assessments and plans.
• Coordinate with school teams and outside agencies as needed.
• Travel to school sites for observations and training.
