Job summary

Metro Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive behavior analysis services across diverse settings. The role includes conducting evaluations, developing BIS plans, and tracking progress for each child.

The candidate will supervise RBTs and collaborate with families and educators to meet individualized goals. The position requires active BCBA certification, licensure when applicable, and a Master's in ABA or related field, plus BACB supervision

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Must hold an LBA license if required by state regulations.
• Master's degree in ABA Therapy or related field from an accredited program.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analysis services in school-based, early intervention, and preschool settings.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress tracking for each child.
• Deliver Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) as per IFSP/IEP.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support goals.
• Complete assessments, FBAs, BIPs, documentation, and progress notes.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide guidance and training to teachers and paraprofessionals as needed.
