Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a part-time/full-time BCBA to provide supervision and assessments. The role includes in-home and remote supervision, collaboration with clinical staff, and developing parent-driven training plans.

The candidate should have BACB certification and at least 2 years of supervisory ABA experience, with strong data analysis, report writing, and compassionate client support. Remote and in-home supervision will be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required.
  • Experience with FBAs and report writing is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of ABA supervisory experience is expected.

Job description

ABA Therapy Partners is looking for a part-time/full time BCBA for supervision and assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Techs.
  • Conduct weekly in-home, and remote supervision sessions.
  • Establish trust and rapport with parents in order to maintain positive relationships.
  • Utilize analytical skills in order to recognize and define goals for each individualized case.
  • Analyze behavioral data.
  • Develop lesson plans and training materials according to parent training curriculum
  • Increase parent participation in child\'s program development and implementation
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, current Parent Trainer, Supervisors, and Behavior Therapist/RBT Trainer to discuss treatment and areas of improvement pertaining to each client.
  • Assist in conducting FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports.
  • Perform administrative duties and other tasks, as needed.
  • Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate.
  • Maintain professionalism when representing the company by working cooperatively and courteously with clinical team members.
Qualifications
  • Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board REQUIRED.
  • At least 2 years of ABA supervisory experience.
  • Experience with FBAs and report writing a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
  • Problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
  • Patient, compassionate, and approachable.
  • Demonstrates cultural sensitivity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
