Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time BCBA for supervision and assessments in a clinical setting. You will provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians, conduct weekly in-home and remote supervision sessions, and develop individualized goals and training materials.

You will analyze behavioral data, perform FBAs and intake assessments, write reports, and collaborate with clinical leaders. Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity are essential.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA supervisory experience.
  • Experience with FBAs and report writing is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical policies/regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills.
  • Patient, compassionate, and culturally sensitive.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Assist in conducting FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports.
  • Perform administrative duties and other tasks, as needed.
  • Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate.
  • Maintain professionalism when representing the company by working cooperatively and courteously with clinical team members.
