Job summary

Fabaworld is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Thomasville, GA to provide ABA assessments and clinical services to children with autism and developmental disabilities across clinic, home, and community settings.

You will drive key service initiatives, train RBTs/BCBAs, and collaborate with treatment teams to ensure ethical, high-quality care and growth of the program.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA or BCaBA Certification.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.
  • Experience with children ages 1-4 would be preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial assessments and develop ABA programming.
  • Provide ongoing direct and indirect supervision to RBTs and BCBAs.
  • Deliver direct services to clients and parent training when appropriate.
  • Maintain clear communication with the treatment team and families.

Job description

Our company is dedicated to hiring qualified, caring clinic BCBA's to provide the highest standard of care to children with Autism. We are seeking aBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a growing clinic in Thomasville, GA.Ideal candidates would provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) assessments and clinical services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities ages 2-18 in the clinic, home, and community settings as well as develop and grow the area.

Duties will include the following:

  • Responsible for driving the execution of key service, quality and growth initiatives Perform comprehensive initial assessments.
  • Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and support to the RBT’s and BCBA’s on all aspects of ABA, relevant techniques, and specific programming that are necessary to the success of programming.
  • Provides direct services to the clients and their parents, when appropriate
  • Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members regarding all aspects of programming, and any difficulties that may arise in maintaining the hours of treatment and ethical service provision.
