Job summary

Circle City ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Georgia team in a center-based setting. You will assess skills, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism.

You will collaborate with families, coordinate care across settings, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum two years of experience with children or young adults with autism.

Responsibilities

• Assess skills and needs; develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide staff training and supervision to improve client progress.
• Facilitate regular caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submit required documents for audits and maintain licensure and credentialing.
• Collaborate with clinical team to foster a positive, high-quality ABA program.
• Identify clients and families needing additional supports and coordinate with others.
