Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will work 1:1 with children, implementing specific treatment plans to address behavioral goals in a center-based setting at our Braintree location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of experience with children that have disabilities.
• 6 months of ABA experience (preferred).
• Must possess current RBT Certification through the BACB.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed to address child needs.
• Work 1:1 with children in center-based setting.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other staff.
