Ilocatum is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maryland to coordinate and deliver ABA services. You will assess needs, design behavior intervention plans, and supervise RBTs to ensure high fidelity in program implementation.

In this role, you will train and support families, communicate progress with parents and staff, and coordinate with the corporate office to ensure services align with organizational standards and treatment goals.

Formación

• Licensed BCBA in Maryland (LBA) with active certification.
• BCBA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive to client sites to deliver services.
• Perform assessments and functional analyses.
• Supervise RBTs and monitor fidelity.
• Provide parent trainings and coaching.
• Communicate with parents and RBTs to report progress.
• Coordinate with the corporate office for program implementation.
