Software Placement Group in Baltimore seeks a licensed BCBA to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals and families throughout the Baltimore area. The role requires travel to client sites and field-based work.

You will supervise RBTs and ABAs, conduct assessments including functional analyses, design and oversee behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and provide parent trainings. Coordination with the corporate office ensures consistent programming and documentation.

Formación

• Licensed BCBA in Maryland (LBA) required.
• Experience with ABA and supervising RBTs preferred.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to client locations to provide services.
• Conduct assessments, including functional analyses.
• Design and oversee behavior acquisition and reduction procedures.
• Support development of adaptive life skills.
• Supervise RBTs and associate behavior analysts.
• Provide ongoing support and supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Conduct parent trainings.
• Maintain communication with parents and RBTs.
• Coordinate with the corporate office.
