Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Minimum of 1 year experience with special needs.
• Knowledge of ethics and laws regarding behavior interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review and interpret session data with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.

Skills

Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies

Proficient in Office 365

Ability to engage physically with children

Education

Certified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Minimum of 1 year experience with special needs
