Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid Wilmington, DE role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review data to tailor treatment plans for clients. The position emphasizes collaboration with families and staff.

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights. Competitive benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, and a supportive Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions, ethics, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
