Job summary

A dynamic ABA therapy organization is seeking a BCBA to provide direct supervision and manage a small caseload in an engaging environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting children up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review and modify the individualized treatment plan based on session data.
• Consult with families regarding treatment and behavior modification.
