Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
Knowledge of laws and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting children up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
Review and modify the individualized treatment plan based on session data.
Consult with families regarding treatment and behavior modification.
