Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
Ability to handle physical demands like lifting up to 50 lbs.
Long periods of standing, sitting, and engaging on the floor with children are required.
Responsibilities
Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
Review data collected during sessions and modify treatment plans.
Consult with families regarding treatment and behavior modification.
