Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Ability to handle physical demands like lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Long periods of standing, sitting, and engaging on the floor with children are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected during sessions and modify treatment plans.
• Consult with families regarding treatment and behavior modification.
