Job summary

AB Spectrum in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a BCBA to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans for children with autism. You will supervise BCBAs and mentor staff, while delivering high-quality clinical care with a small caseload and a 4-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (through the BACB).
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children's progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
