AB Spectrum, a Saint Louis-based therapy provider, is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee evidence-based ABA plans for children with autism. The role emphasizes hands-on clinical care, supervision of technicians, and collaboration with families and clinicians.

The position offers a four-day workweek, small caseloads of 5–8 children per BCBA, and a compensation package up to $100,000 base with bonuses and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain required licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passion for early intervention and helping children with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor children's progress.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Spend meaningful face-to-face time with children.
• Collaborate with caregivers, speech therapists, and clinical leadership.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical care.
