Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a qualified Behavior Analyst to conduct functional and systematic assessments, design and supervise ABA interventions, and mentor RBTs and non-certified staff within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, delivering instruction in ABA, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to support treatment outcomes for children and adolescents with psychiatric and developmental disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 1 year experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services and developing/implementing behavioral analytic plans.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst Upon Hire Required
• Licensed Behavioral Specialist Upon Hire Required
• Valid driver's license in current state of residence

Responsibilities

• Engages in functional assessment of problematic behaviors and environmental variables to increase safe behaviors.
• Collects and analyzes behavior data to inform interventions and sets goals based on ABA research.
• Oversees and trains staff and monitors fidelity of interventions for family members and other professionals.
• Provides direct supervision for BHTs and RBTs.
• Designs and supervises behavior analytic plans for skill development or reduction of problematic behavior; collaborates with treatment team.
• Educates involved parties about ABA and BCBA roles and maintains thorough documentation.
• Maintains written/electronic documentation of direct and indirect patient interactions.
