Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking a BCBA-licensed clinician to support students with high behavioral needs in a school setting. You will implement individualized behavioral plans under supervision and contribute to data-driven intervention strategies.

Collaborating with paraeducators and school staff, you will collect data, adjust treatment plans, and ensure compliance with licensing and school policies to maintain a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA license or equivalent.
• BCBA certification.
• Experience supporting students with high behavior needs in school settings.
• Experience collaborating with paraeducators and school staff.
• Ability to implement behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision.
• Willingness to support a student with high behavioral needs in a 2:1 setting.
• Flexibility to work day shifts 7:30am-3:30pm.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with paraeducators and school staff.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support students with high behavioral needs in a school setting, implementing behavioral plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with paraeducators and school staff to develop and execute individualized behavioral interventions.
• Collect and analyze data on student behaviors to guide intervention strategies.
• Participate in team meetings to update progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and school policies to ensure a safe learning environment.
