Job summary

Learn Academy in Redwood City, CA is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our team serving students with ASD and other neurological needs. This role emphasizes direct student interaction, IEP collaboration, and data-driven behavior support within a private K-12 setting across the South Bay area.

You will attend regular staff and IEP meetings, train classroom staff, supervise data collection, develop behavior plans, and coordinate with therapists and Directors to ensure timely, compliant services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification/licensure in California.
• Valid California BCBA license and First Aid Certification.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work with children and parents.
• Excellent communication with parents and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Attend staff and IEP meetings regularly.
• 75% of time in direct interactions with staff and students.
• Coaching and training classroom staff and tracking trainings.
• Supervise data collection and create data sheets.
• Develop behavior plans and protocols.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate with other professionals and Directors.
