ConnectedHealth is seeking a School BCBA for an 18-week contract in or near Byfield, Massachusetts. The role focuses on developing tailored behavior programs, data-driven progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators, staff, and families to support educational goals.

The candidate will provide training to staff, ensure documentation compliance, and drive individualized interventions for elementary and middle school students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent; Master's degree preferred in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Behavior Analyst in school settings.
• Skills in behavior intervention, data collection, and individualized program development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with elementary and middle school students.
• Pass background checks and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to the school environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop behavior analysis programs tailored to individual student needs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess student progress and modify interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and parents to support the student's educational and behavioral goals.
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations.
