Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for school-based services, available per diem or full-time salaried. You will deliver individualized ABA in a school setting with clinical and staffing support from coordinators and case managers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality care while maintaining compliance with BACB guidelines and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate required.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
