Job summary

Manchester School District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analytic services to support students with ASD and other behavioral disorders. The BCBA will collaborate with district staff to develop, implement, and assess behavior plans within the least restrictive environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA certification and a Master’s degree, with NH certification eligibility or equivalent.

Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
BCBA certification is required.
State of NH Teacher Certification (1900) or other approved certification status may be considered.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with district staff in development and assessment of behavior plans for students with ASD or other disabilities.
Provide ABA resources and training to administrators, educators and paraprofessionals.
Train, coach and supervise support staff working with behaviorally challenging students.
Attend Planning and Placement Team Meetings as needed.
Analyze data and prepare reports for monitoring behavior.
Develop and implement programming to improve student behavior and academic skills.
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments to inform Behavior Intervention Plans.
Assist in identification or reevaluation of special education services with other evaluations.
