Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to empower students and collaborate with schools. You will design evidence-based interventions, supervise RBTs, and participate in IEP teams to advance student outcomes.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or as-needed) and comprehensive benefits. Board certification and TDLR licensure are required, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

Master's in Behavior Analysis or equivalent required.
BCBA license/credential required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Communicate findings to parents, educators and multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration.
Develop evidence-based interventions with the IEP team to improve behavior, performance and access to education.
Provide supervision to RBTs and oversee BIPs and IEP goals.
Monitor progress by collecting, analyzing and documenting data to adjust interventions.
Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences and school-wide discussions to support students' needs.
