Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Roanoke, Texas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to empower students and schools while maintaining work-life balance. You will work with families, educators, and IEP teams to share findings and design evidence-based interventions.

Role includes supervising RBTs, collecting data, and participating in IEP meetings; competitive pay starting at $55/hour, flexible full-time/part-time options, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or equivalent.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate findings to parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to foster collaboration.
• Develop interventions with the IEP team to improve behavior, performance, and access to education.
• Provide supervision of RBTs and oversee BIPs and IEP goals.
• Monitor progress by collecting and analyzing data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school-wide discussions to advocate for student needs.
