Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to empower students and schools in Texas. You will assess and communicate findings, collaborate with IEP teams, and supervise RBTs to implement behavior plans.

The role emphasizes data-driven interventions, progress monitoring, and active participation in IEP meetings to advocate for students’ needs and education access.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA license required by Texas DLT.
• bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate findings to parents, educators, and teams.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with IEP teams.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and oversee BIPs/IEP goals.
• Monitor progress by collecting and analyzing data.
• Support teams in IEP meetings and school discussions.
