Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team in Massachusetts. The BCBA will collaborate with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, creating data systems, in-class support, staff training, and supervision of RBTs to ensure effective behavioral interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed through MA DESE.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations.
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems.
• Create and maintain data collection systems.
• Provide in-class support and staff training.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans.
