Job summary

A human resources consultancy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and supervising technicians. Candidates must have BCBA certification and be licensed through MA DESE.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) is mandatory.
• Must be licensed through MA DESE.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations.
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems.
• Create and maintain data collection systems.
• Provide in-class support and staff training.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans.
