Job summary

Istss is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.

The role involves conducting FBAs, developing BIPs and reinforcement systems, creating data collection processes, providing in-class support and staff training, supervising RBTs, and designing classroom-based interventions and postvention plans.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) is required
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
• Create and maintain data collection systems
• Provide in-class support and staff training
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans
