Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support students in school-based settings in Windsor County, Vermont. We value integrity, teamwork, and a student-centered approach.

The BCBA will supervise ABA Therapists and RBTs, deliver direct services as needed, develop and monitor behavior support plans, functional behavior assessments, and empirically-based interventions with our online data system.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related field (ABA, Education, Psychology).
• BCBA certification with completion of supervision modules.
• Experience with ABA programming and data collection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA supervision and training for ABA Therapists and RBTs in school settings.
• Deliver direct services and/or direct consultation as needed.
• Develop, implement and monitor client behavior support plans, FBAs and treatment plans.
• Utilize online data system to track progress and adjust interventions.
