Job summary

Gersh Autism invites BCBA candidates to join our Issaquah, WA school-based team. You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs or treatment goals, write behavior intervention plans, and design effective interventions while supervising BCBA/BCaBA candidates and RBTs.

Join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality ABA services in a school setting, using ACE ABA Software and participating in ongoing staff training and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with WA Dept. of Health.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a BCBA; 3+ years ABA experience.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA assessments.
• Skill acquisition and behavior reduction program development.
• BACB supervision training (8 hours).
• Experience supervising BCaBAs and CBTs/RBTs.
• Experience with insurance/treatment planning preferred.
• Experience with older students (high school–adult) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop IEP or treatment goals.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans and design effective interventions.
• Evaluate student progress on caseload regularly.
• Supervise BCBA/BCaBA candidates, RBTs, and paraprofessionals.
• Provide staff training and collaborate with teachers and specialists.
