Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-person, school-based position in Yelm, WA. The role covers K–12 students across multiple sites and includes supervising Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs). Start ASAP with a June 16, 2027 end date.

You will design and monitor behavioral plans, collect data to drive progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers to support student learning and independence.

Competenze

• BCBA certification required.
• WA state behavior analyst license or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with FBAs/BIPs and data-based decisions.

Mansioni

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for K–12 students.
• Supervise BSAs and guide implementation of behavior support plans.
• Collect, analyze data, and adjust interventions based on progress.
