Job summary

Bancroft is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for our Early Education School in Moorestown, NJ. This in-person, full-time exempt role supports students with developmental disabilities and autism, providing direct and indirect ABA services and staff training.

The position collaborates with an interdisciplinary team and offers opportunities for clinical research, CEUs, and professional growth within a nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with ABA concentration and 2 years of related experience.
• BCBA certification required; NJ licensure required.
• Experience in functional assessment and treatment development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee ABA services within Individual Service Plans.
• Lead behavior plan development, assessment, and treatment evaluations.
• Coordinate screenings, admissions, and discharge processes.
