Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a warm, mission-driven team. Manage an exclusive caseload of 7–10 clients with a mix of virtual and in-person cases, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with schools.

This hybrid role offers flexible schedules, PTO for full-time roles, growth opportunities, and performance-based bonuses, with supportive leadership and ethical practice aligned with BACB standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 1+ years ABA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management of 7–10 clients with high-quality ABA services.
• School-based supervision in person and collaboration with educators.
• In-home supervision via telehealth strategy and supports.
• Assessments and treatment planning based on individual needs.
• Build relationships with schools and communities for state presence.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state laws, and policies.
