Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. This role emphasizes treatment planning and supervision delivered in-home, at daycares, or in schools across North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona, with flexible options to meet client needs.

You’ll focus on clinical excellence while our back-office team handles administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
• Bilingual a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
