Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is bilingual to provide high-quality clinical supervision and direct services to children with autism and their families.

The role includes treatment planning, parent training, and collaboration with school and daycare teams across Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina. In-home, daycares, and schools offer flexible settings with strong back-office support.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required from BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Arizona LBA required or in process to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
