Budding Stars ABA in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote/hybrid role. You will design and supervise ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum, ensuring data-driven treatment and HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Maryland State License (LBA) or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 1 year of BCBA practice preferred; strong new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for children on the autism spectrum.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and train parents for skill generalization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
