Job summary

Konnections Staffing seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or a candidate pursuing BCBA certification to supervise, motivate and train staff. This hands-on role models procedures, supports staff growth, and aligns with a company that promotes from within and prioritizes ethical, evidence-based treatment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and program designs.
• M.A./M.S. in related field.
• Bi-lingual is a Plus.
• Proven people-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor treatment team of therapists.
• Set and achieve performance goals with client and treatment teams.
• Assist with training of staff and development of treatment plans.
• Conduct and write FBAs and Progress Reports.
• Maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports.
• Train guardians and family members on treatment techniques.
