Achievers ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to develop effective ABA therapy plans for children and supervise staff to maintain fidelity, while collaborating in a positive, ethical environment.

The role emphasizes training, data-driven analysis, and leadership within a collaborative team to ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Hold a BCBA or BCaBA certification and be in good standing with BACB.
• Experience designing treatment protocols and behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Experience training staff, parents, and professionals in the implementation of ABA.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure adherence to ethical standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular training and support to direct-care staff implementing treatment protocols in home, school, and community settings.
• Complete FBAs and FA and design behavior intervention plans with follow-through support for correct implementation.
• Design skill acquisition protocols including communication, social, independence, and behavior skills.
• Regularly review data and train staff on data collection methods to evaluate outcomes.
• Oversee cases, staff and families to ensure policy adherence and ethical practice; train parents and professionals in ABA applications.
