Job summary

Acorn Health in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us as a Program Supervisor. You will oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery, guiding behavior analytic strategies across centers, homes, and community settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and schools, supervision of Behavior Technicians, and data-driven treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with autism treatment and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Develop and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and provide data-driven program oversight.
• Collaborate with families, schools and clinicians to implement interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
