Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking a BCBA Program Supervisor in Michigan to oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and lead supervision of Behavior Technicians across clinical centers, homes, and community settings.

We value strong communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based practice in autism care. A BCBA certification and a master’s in ABA are required, with a supportive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with autism treatment and working with families.
• English communication skills required.
• Able to meet driving, lifting, and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop and supervise BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as clinical lead and provide supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor data, adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide family training and support to clients' families.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to implement programs.
• Present ABA information through trainings and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss research topics and treatment ideas.
