Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Program Supervisor in ChampionsGate, FL, with clinics in Orlando and beyond. You will supervise client treatment from assessment through care delivery, lead on BIPs and Treatment Plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians in a team-oriented setting.

This role requires a BCBA, a master’s in ABA or related field, strong English communication, and the ability to coordinate with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with children and families in autism treatment.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as the clinical lead on client cases, supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor and review client programs and analyze data to adjust treatment plans.
• Provide training on interventions and collaborate with families and schools.
