You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and supervise RBTs/BCaBAs within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, caregiver training, and collaboration with families to generalize skills across settings, while meeting BACB and Medicaid standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Indiana.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for mentoring staff and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans that promote meaningful, lasting outcomes.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client data and make timely clinical decisions to ensure progress toward treatment goals.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to support skill generalization across environments.
• Partner with interdisciplinary providers, school teams, and community stakeholders when appropriate.
• Complete documentation that meets BACB, insurance, Medicaid, and company standards.
• Participate in peer collaboration, clinical reviews, and professional development opportunities.
• Uphold the ethical standards established by the BACB.
