Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is hiring a BCBA to serve as a Parent Partnership Coordinator in a hybrid role in Michigan. The position focuses on coaching families, building relationships with schools and pediatric partners, and expanding our community partnerships.

You will manage a 25-hour billable caseload while developing parent training programs, leading support groups, and shaping our outreach for family-centered care.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Michigan state licensure is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 25 billable hours/week across home, school, and community settings.
• Coach parents and caregivers as collaborators.
• Design and lead parent training and support groups at the Hub.
